Day 26

Ok...I am a music buff and I LOVE Grammy night and since I blog a night...last night got skipped...lol. Nothing much going on in my head yesterday anyway...hehehe.

Day 27

One thing I have noticed lately is that without giving it thought, I am making better decisions about my healthy lifestyle.

I walk on my 15 minute break at work. I don't use the drive up window to pay my bills....I opt to park and walk in. I look for extra ways to get more steps in rather than trying to save steps. I even squat to pick things up now instead of bending over. I realize the things don't seem like much to the average person but these little things are a lot to me. It means even more that I am doing these things without hesitation and thought. These things have never happened in my past and failed attempts to better myself. I am really doing it this time!!! I am actually reprogramming my brain!!! WOW...this is a good feeling!!!!! I am so excited..I just can't hide it emoticon!!!!! LOL!!!

It's the little things in life...ahhh.

I have to agree, I think these little things that we change make all the difference. After all it is supposed to be a lifestyle change, not just a diet. Congratulations and keep having fun!!

It's so funny when we realize that we're doing all these little extras that we wouldn't do before..like walking in to pay a bill...lol. I think it just baffles our mind but we like it..and it makes us feel good... so cool. It's gonna' keep getting better and better..wait and seeeeeee!
