HEY GUYS!! Ok so I'm tired of saying this but I am back for good, for real for real! I get into these moods where I just don't really feel like working out or don't feel like being active on SP. And this cold weather is not doing to help me stay in my workout mode. I just always want to cuddle up under my boo at home :) BUT, I have to realize that I can't rely on the weather to help me stay healthy because the weather is not running or eating healthy for me. I'm the one thats dealig with it so I'm the one that needs to make better decisions. Today I am going to Staples so that I can purchase me a planner so that I can become better at organization to make my daily life easier. In that planner I will schedule my workouts just like I schedule any other priorities. I read somewhere (can't remember where) that just as you schedule any other important task and/or priority, you should schedule your workouts; working is just as much of a priority too. Its been a while since I've gone hard in the gym or worked out at home so I'm going to start of easy with just 3 times a week of working out. Then I will increase within another 2 weeks..Well I'm not going to do much more talking about it because talk is cheap. Im just going to do it so that I can stay true to my word.. LETS GET IT!
