Consistency: Blogging to keep from eating...

Ok, so day two.. sort of anyway. Mind you I "blogged" last night right before midnight. So is it really day two? Anywho... Went to breakfast with one of my best friends... lovely... really paid attention to what I was eating and how much. Tried to slow it down... I do have that tendancy to eat too quickly and I know I should not. Chew 29 times... chew, chew, chew... ew.. hahahah.. Came home, did dishes, started laundry and hoped to watch the race.. not working real well.

Well, back to laundry since the race is yet again red flagged. What fun... Laundry.. how many cardio minutes can you put down for that? I take them stairs a lot! : - )
