Breakfast: String cheese & mini wheats & milk

Lunch: White pizza with spinach, water, berries

Dinner: left over spaghetti, water

Need to get better at drinking more water and making it a habit...

    Thats great! Desert definitely puts on pounds, so by you giving that up you should drop your weight easily :) We can do iiiitttt!!!

    I have given up any form of dessert for lent. I think some divine intervention and making a commitment like this will give me the drive i need to just do it.
