Days 3, 4 , 5 of Lent

Sooo, I was on the run the entire weekend and kind of put off logging my food/liquid intake. Sorry. But here it is...

Day 3:
Breakfast: Berries fresh fruit mix, nutirgrain bar, bagel, water

Lunch: Water, Organic Veggie & Basil Pizza

Dinner: Nutrigrain bar (T.O.M-- never have a big apetite at this time)


Day 4:
Breakfast: Nutrigrain bar, mini wheats, milk

Lunch: Chicken Parmesean (sp), water (proud of myself for not getting garlic bread! YAY me), snapped grean peas

Dinner: Left over chicken parmesean, water, oh and another glass of water :)

Day 5:
Mini wheats :), milk, apple

Lunch: Sesame chicken & shrimp fried rice :( I know (didn't eat my eggroll though), water


I think I did good overall this weekend :) Still gotta do better on my water intake..

    @HIDIANE, yes it is very hard for me to get a lot of water in my system. I probably may have to invest in sparkling water or the regular flavored water..Thanks for the compliments :) I've always had a hard time finishing what I start and it's turned into one of my pet peeves, so I'm determined to make it through this 40 day journey :)

    @Deb, thanks girl! I love to eat chinese food lol..It was just a slip up but I'll do better :) Look at you eating Mexican food lol..we will do better :)

    Very good! Water is hard since it means you have to always be near a bathroom! My bladder doesn't hold much.

    It's nice to see someone that has been sticking with SP for so long. Your before and after pictures are amazing - I can only hope to get to that point. I love how you are recording your 40 days of Lent journey. A great sacrifice and commitment.
