I've got to get better at blogging my days of Lent and blog them at the end of the day verses the next morning for the previous day. I finally got my planner so I'll need to notate that in the book :)

I think I did a great job with my food intake. However my water intake is still on a low. I've got to just do better, there's no excuses or reasons why I am not getting enough water in my system--no more procrastination!

Ok enough talk, here's my food/liquid intake:

Breakfast:
Nutrigrain bar, bagel, berries, water :)

Snack: NONE (I've got to get some snacks in my daily schedule)

Lunch: Tuna sandwich (mmmm!), Applesauce (cinnnamon flavor yumy!), water, & more berries

Snack: Another nutrigrain bar

Dinner: Tuna sandwich Leftovers & water :)
