Day 8 of Lent: 02/24/10

OMG I'm so excited about my accomplishments so far! I have stuck to my plan and blogging my food/liquid intake is really helping! :) So here is yesterdays agenda:

Breakfast: Antioxidant smoothie, wheat bagel, banana, & water

Snack: apple

Lunch: Chicken alfred penne pasta, 2 cups of water :)

Snack: banana, water

Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread, water again :)
