Disappointing Last Week

Monday, March 01, 2010

Well - last week was not quite as successful as I wanted it to be, but not a total wash! Having an eating disorder for 30 years means that things will happen slowly and I have a lot of "dieting" behaviors (immediate results being the BIGGY) that need to be modified and there will be setbacks - HOWEVER, I am confident that SparkPeople is my answer and I will take it with slow and steady steps...in fact, it's GO TIME!!! Happy and Successful March Everyone :) Time to go Walk Away the Pounds!

I know I get discouraged when I don't see the results I work so hard for.

Don't give up and make this a life style.

If you get a chance get the new Spark book and read it. It has a lot of great things about this site. It sums up what we are all about.

This is your year! Don't give up. emoticon

I had a good week last week but I was traveling so I wasn't able to record my nutrition. Back on track today! Thanks for the inspiration - it is so hard but worth it to be healthy and full of self-confidence! Good luck for this week!

I know what you mean about immediate results. I don't have any problem with following my daily calorie range ... it's the WAITING ... it's BRUTAL. Oh well, patience is a virtue, right? I'm not very virtuous in that regard. Good luck!!
