5k and plateau

soo...I was hesitant to post this but I will be running my first 5 k.My friend just let me know last week she wants to do it and Im not a runner but I decided to join her.
I am not stressing over my food anymore as I was before.I am eating more carbs and focusing on clean eating and keeping my protein up.
I can do this-my plan is to run /walk 3 times a week on top of my regular workouts.Hopefully that will help with my plateau ??
and I also resumed using my body bugg !
