Breakfast-Turkey Bacon, vanilla yogurt with strawberries, mixed fruit
Lunch: chicken, carrots, string beans
Dinner: mini wheats
5 cups of water!
Breakfast-Mini wheats (dry, no milk)
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup (not feeling well), Yogurt with strawberries
Dinner: Grilled Chcken, string beans, mac & cheese
Note: Had a cup of Orange Juice to get Vitamin C for my sore throat.

Lunch- Turkey salad with ranch dressing
Dinner-Mini wheats with 2% milk
