After my busy day yesterday, I was tired all day today, as though I had spent the previous day stacking hay bales in the hot sun instead of sitting in front of a computer. Today was slow, slow, slow... Still, spring is in the air and that's a wonderful promise that life constantly renews itself. From my window now I can see the neighbor's forsythia bush, turned a vibrant yellow overnight. That's a reminder that change can be hidden and then burst into sight.

Dont you love it when the florsythia come out! I used to have a huge one and I loved it. I may have to keep my eye out at Lowes for one to plant at this house.

It sounds like you live in a warmer clime than me....we did have sun the last few days and it has raised my mood...I have always suspected I have had SADD (those wintertime blues associated with lack of sun)....

I plan to walk outdoors today and get some fresh air. My office has bad air and I think that will help clear the sinuses. (gotta remember to bring lots of water, tissues, nose spray and inhaler with). I read someone elses blog and they walked 20 miles yesterday and forgot to bring water with them and got dizzy towards the end. (I would have passed out after 5 miles.)

The temperature is a little on the cool side (probably about 35 or so) but I feel the need for the fresh air and sunshine.

Hope your day today is better than yesterday. emoticon

I love your last line: "That's a reminder that change can be hidden and then burst into sight. "

Our garden is beginning to burst as well. I love all the seasons, but there is something about spring that just tugs at the soul.

Some days are just like that aren't they? As long as you are taking good care of yourself you will be up and energetic soon. I am SO looking forward to continued days of Spring weather. emoticon
