Dining out for dinner has always been challenging for me. DH loves to eat at Olive Garden so you can imagine how excited I was to see nutrition information from Olive Garden in my HG news letter today. Of course I want to share this valuable info with my Spark Friends. Here's the skinny. You can have the Venetian Apricot Chicken ( a saucy chicken with veggies) for 380 calories (7 points). Pasta e Fagioli will cost 130 calories (2 points) and the minestrone 100 calories. If you want salad, order a side salad with low fat dressing on the side. Bread sticks are 150 calories each. Olive Garden, here I come. I think I will have the Pasta e Fagioli with a side salad and a bread stick, or will it be the Venetian Chicken with a side salad? What is your healthy restaurant favorites?
