Hip Hip Hooray I did mt first 5K

Now at about 85lbs overweight the last thing I thought I would do is walk or run a 5k, but I did. I walked to prove to me that I can do it!!!! I walked 3.1 miles in 60 minutes and I'm proud. Is this my last 5K, no!! I'm walking another this Saturday on my official 50th birthday. My goal for this year is to get fit and fabulous at 50!!!
