Just finished the 30 Day Shred dvd. Good night, 20 minutes later and my muscles are jelly. I was pretty energized by the time the 3rd cardio segment came around -- probably could have handled a few more of those, but the rest served as a wake up call at how our of shape I am strength-wise. I haven't been in a good ST routine for long, but I feel like my arms are a little firmer. I like that =0)
Still on track eating wise. Trying to do EXTRA well this week (low end of spectrum), as I have a bachelorette party and wedding shower this weekend. Aiming for a light lunch on Saturday and a light dinner on Sunday! Luckily, since several girls are from out of town, I'm hosting some overnight guests -- which means I'm putting in some extra workouts cleaning to prepare. Also trying to clear out the extra bedroom (finally) so that there will be space for all of A's stuff. I forgot that getting married meant all kinds of work that isn't wedding related.
