Day 2 - Oh the Webs we weave!

As you know, I got a treadmill workout in yesterday morning emoticon so that was a good start. But boy were people unknowingly trying to sabotage me! One lady brings in muffins from Dunkin Donuts that were still warm emoticon so I had to have a blueberry one BUT I realized that I was full after a little over 1/2 of it so I threw the rest of it away. THEN a coworker brought in the Snickers ice cream bars....hellloooo....temptatio
n got the best of me in the afternoon but I looked at the calorie count and at 180 I did allow myself to indulge.
I got home insistent on doing my lifting and I DID!! emoticon I did my 35 minutes of Chalean Extreme Push Circuit 2!! (my legs are heavy and sore today too!)
However...next unexpected sabotage...a baseball parent of one of my son's teammates decided to stop by, now that is normally okay but she has put herself in some predicaments that we really do not care to associate ourselves with which last night ended up proving to us. Predicaments that will cause her to due time I am sure. Anyway she came...and stayed...longer than we expected. So my hubby offered a drink so I had 2 glasses of white wine and since she arrived when we were thinking about dinner (obviously didn't get any) the chips got brought out and that became my dinner. Ugh! emoticon
Well that days is done. This morning I got up and took my pooch for a 1.75 mile walk, her little legs could not manage much more, lol! Not an intense workout but at least I got up and moving right?!
Now tonight I am hoping to do my Jackie Warner Circuit Training DVD to round out my day, as well as eat better and so far so good. I had my low sugar oatmeal and a coffee. Let me stay on track!
