Obligations to loved ones throw me off at times!

Okay, so yesterday morning I walked before getting ready. emoticonThen after work I was changed and ready to go in to basement to do my 40 minute total body Jackie Warner DVD when I realized that 2 baby birds were stuck in my windowwell and their parents kept hanging around. They were not really small but did not have enough to be able to fly out on their own. So I got a neighbor kid's net and hoisted them out. After all of that I realized I had to pick my son up soon from baseball so I was only able to get in the 15 minute full body but still better than nothing...right?!?! emoticonDinner was not too bad, 2 pork tacos, chips and salsa and a few bites of beans and rice-all good. As I was getting ready to head up stairs about 9:15 to get to bed early so I could wake up at 5 am for my am workout I received a phone call from my very best friend (for the past 19+ years) who happens to live right next door. She needed some girl time and wanted me to come over to talk about issues with her daughter that were really upsetting her. Wanting to get to bed but be the best friend that I can be, I went and had 2 glasses of wine while we talked. emoticon About 10:30 I come back home, ready to sleep and my hubby-as sweet as it was-had our room full of candles and it was so romantic. TMI warning-I went to bed even LATER and when my alarm went off at 5-I slept through it and flew out of bed at 6:30 in a rush to get ready for work. So now...no morning workout and after work I get my hair colored then have to go to the store for my son's birthday party tomorrow, so now work out tonight as well....hopefully to bed early for my 5 am workout. I will let you know! emoticon
