The Duck's Twisted BootCamp ... taking shape!

Yes, folks, we are forming up in the Holding Tank and are awaiting orders to begin the challenge next Monday.

In the interim, pre-challenges have been posted and several Duck Recruits are already taking the initiative to get a head-start on the fitness side of the program.

The Duck doesn't know whether to laugh or to be concerned when one of her recruits reports an episode of "noodle arms" after one round of the prescribed fitness training.

Heh ... heh ... heh ... no one said the Duck's Twisted BootCamp was going to be easy, did they? Certainly not this Duck!



Now, if you please, drop and give the Duck 100 crunches!

Heh ... heh ... heh ... heh!
