Yesterday worked well. Today not so much

I am back to old habits today. but yesterday treating myself how I would a guest worked really well. I think I will try that again tomorrow. I just need a good plan that is hard to ignore. I want to do this. Then I get distracted with other stuff. I think it is called life. To bad i cannot just abandoned everything and lose weight. But, then I would not have the good habits that it takes to maintain the skill.

I am working towards getting habits that will last a life time.

    emoticon I know it is hard to give up old habits. But setting up an eating plan, and exercise plan, is the first step. Having to track each day helps me. But my biggest motivation is seeing the scales go down, and becoming more fit.
    I have had some weak moments but have worked thru them. We all operate on different speeds, you'll find your grove soon.
