I never really made a monthly goal before. I thought it might be a good idea. It seems that I do good for about 2 weeks and then something happens. I just dont wanna! No excuses, just dont wanna.
So I'm thinking if I have some small goals set in place I may stick to it. Well at least its worth a try right?
~~to loose at least 5 lbs
~~to push through the times when I dont wanna
~~to eat more fruits and veggies
~~to live one day at a time
