July Goals

I never really made a monthly goal before. I thought it might be a good idea. It seems that I do good for about 2 weeks and then something happens. I just dont wanna! No excuses, just dont wanna.
So I'm thinking if I have some small goals set in place I may stick to it. Well at least its worth a try right?

July Goals

~~to loose at least 5 lbs
~~to push through the times when I dont wanna
~~to eat more fruits and veggies
~~to live one day at a time

    Fantastic Goals for the month of July! I LOL cuz I do the same thing go strong for 2 weeks and then something happens.

    But as with you I decided I would do monthly goals(weigh ins). So when I do decide to 'fall off the wagon' sorta of speak I have this little voice in my head saying weigh in is X amount of days away do you really want to do that. So far I'm doing better with each day. I already gave myself time off for the 4th but will have to work harder once Sat & Sun are over with.

    Each day we have a chance to make a difference LET"S DO THIS!!
