July 1st-Day one

Day one of my July goals-
~This morning I so sooooo didnt want to wake up and workout. I knew if I didnt, I wouldnt have done it when I got home. So I did. I feel so good that I did. Very proud. So I feel I definitely pushed through on that one. I only did 25 mins but each week I'm going to push the time up by 10mins.

~I did eat a yummy salad today for lunch and had a banana also. I'm going to try and eat some more veggies for dinner.

~I'm doing much better with being in the moment. Its a struggle at times, really all the time for me. When I do find myself worrying about stuff that happened or what ifs I center myself again.

    I just want to congratulate you on pushing yourself to do your workout. I know what you mean, sometimes I don't want to workout either, but when I do I feel so energized and I find myself being glad I pushed myself.

    That 'stay in the moment' stuff can be real hard, but it's SO important! We can do just about anything for this moment. Good job pushing yourself out to work out --yay you! emoticon emoticon emoticon
