Day one of my July goals-
~This morning I so sooooo didnt want to wake up and workout. I knew if I didnt, I wouldnt have done it when I got home. So I did. I feel so good that I did. Very proud. So I feel I definitely pushed through on that one. I only did 25 mins but each week I'm going to push the time up by 10mins.
~I did eat a yummy salad today for lunch and had a banana also. I'm going to try and eat some more veggies for dinner.
~I'm doing much better with being in the moment. Its a struggle at times, really all the time for me. When I do find myself worrying about stuff that happened or what ifs I center myself again.
