July Goals

I want to continue to ride my bike and walk on week days.
I want to eat according to SB.
I want to keep a written food journal.
I want to lift weights 3 times per week.
I want to eat most meals at the table.
I want to eat according to plan.

I want to follow the Beck Diet solution.

I hope that this will result in losing at least 8 pounds.
