Come on Amy....get it together!!

Friday, July 09, 2010

Okay...have to get back to clean eating!!!! With it being TOM I could not get a grip on my yearnings!! Big Mac with Fries, my sons 1/2 of snickers...couldn't let it go to waste could I??? DD lowfat blueberry muffin, 1/2 a danish(then got it together and threw the other 1/2 away!). No, I did not eat this all in one day....just 2!!! Really Amy!! How do you expect to lose while putting this into your mouth?!
Now....that is done....I can choose differently from here on out!!! Going grocery shopping tomorrow and restocking veggies, fruits, etc!! Going to choose to wake my lazy butt up at 5 am all week to get in a run...what is the worse that can happen? I can get 2 workouts in a day?! LOL!
I need your push and support...rolling downhill happens so fast I really would prefer to climb this mountain!!

It happens. TOM can do it. Take a deep breath and move forward when you are ready.

It's really easy to slip up. What is hard is facing it and making the effort to change it. In our "old" lives we would have said "I blew it, I might as well eat (insert bad food here)" but since making the decision to change and get healthy you pull yourself up by your bootstraps and get back on track! I try to remember what someone once told me...It doesn't taste as good as thin feels.....
GREAT JOB on getting back on track!!!

We all have those days. You're making the first step up the mountain by choosing to buy veggies, fruits, etc.

One step at a time and you'll be moving upward again.
