Now "Forever Young"

After months of waiting to get better from Bell's palsy, I finally decided I was ready to go to a fitness class at the gym. Before I got sick, I was going to aerobics three times a week and Zumba once a week. But I'm far from being able to do that just yet. So, I went to the class for active elders "Forever Young." It was a great workout and just the right level for me! It is somewhat of a shock to see how weak I am, but there's only one way to get stronger, isn't there? Okay, so, now I'm "forever young"!
