This weekend was one of the best weekends ever as far as my eating and working out goes.
I made better choices an even worked out. I find for me, that if I work out every other day my body dosent get sore and I keep up with it.
Update on July goals
~I have been eating more fruits and veggies. I did even this weekend.
~Today is my day off for working out. I have been pushing myself to go longer when working out.
~I'm having a really hard time about the worry thing and living in the moment. I need to "LET GO AND LET GOD"
