July 16th-day 16-Weight in

Well its good to know that what I'm doing is working. I've lost 3lbs this week. I have only 2 more pounds to reach my goal this moth. YAY ME!!!
Here are a list of this that are working for me.

~I'm working out every other day. I find when I do this I dont hate working out. It keeps me wanting to workout.
~more fruits and veggies
~eating more dairy.
~eating smaller portions
~making better food choices.

I'm very proud of myself and feel good about me!
