.. how quickly little changes bring results. I have just started really getting back into my exercise and healthy eating.
Already I can see changes in how my jeans are fitting and I've only been doing my intensive/regular walking for a couple of weeks consistently. I also feel a change in myself - I feel more positive, energetic and enthusiastic. I find myself looking forward to going out for my walks and making them a priority. I am keen to start my running but am frustrated that I have to wait while I save up for the proper shoes and it's going to take another month or so. I know I need to get the right running shoes for me that are good quality too so it will be worth the wait.
Another thing I've noticed is that when I'm exercising really well it helps to bring my eating into line - I just naturally choose the healthier option and it's not because I think I should be or feel guilty, it's as if my taste changes.
