My foul mood ...

Wednesday, August 25, 2010

... is disappearing after spending some time on SparkPeople. The positivity and motivation of this site is all but blasting it away emoticon

I was sooooo grouchy this morning after my husband snored pretty much all night emoticon and I gave up trying to sleep (having been woken by snores countless times) at @ 4.30 this morning.

Other aspects of the day have been frustrating - largely due to over tiredness but hopefully I'll get a good sleep tonight and be back fully to my energetic, positive self tomorrow.

I've found spreading the spark by welcoming others to teams I'm on and commenting on sparkpages etc and seeing other people's progress and reading their stories - has really helped lighten my mood. I hope it helps other sparkers feel welcome and good too

Yep, Sparking does WONDERS for my mood (as does exercise...I'd been in a funk the early part of the week after having a "sluggish" weekend where I didn't really exercise at all - getting up early and doing 20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred on Tuesday did the trick and I was all perky again). :)

I can sooooooooooo relate. I have told my hubby that if I murder him it will be because of sleep deprivation. LOL. He snores too and is also a night owl.
