I know I have not did a blog in ages, but here it goes…I am trying to get back into this workout thing. My plan is simple…

Starting this week the schedule goes like this:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 30 Day Shred (later add WATP)

Tuesdays & Thursdays Turbo Jam or every other week working out at the gym

Saturdays Turbo Jam or P90 Kenpo X (may do both later)

Sundays WATP

Wednesdays may throw in spinning class and Fridays may add Zumba (test it out this week)

Also, try to get in 4 to 5 bottles of water a day, get in 8 hours of sleep and get better with my eating habits by starting to right down what I eat then move up to counting those calories. I plan on going to my new gym I joined in July for the spin class and Zumba; however, my membership came with a few training sessions, thus I have to set up my training sessions with a trainer. I do not know if I am ready for that…lol I plan on getting it in “NO MORE EXCUSES RIGHT?” It’s on now…I am about to get it in…NO EXCUSES NOW!!

    @Alison I am going to try to start off slowly and build my way back into maximum workout...cardio baby...cardio!! It's time to drop the weight...I am ready to SHRED!!

    Crystal- Zumba is fun.... as long as you like dancing..... We have it at our gym, but my hips don't go that way, front and back while going side to side.... I am a klutz, but there are new people at the class every day and the instructors are usually really fun people who show everyone the moves and then they are just repeated,... think of a Caribbean
    holiday and going to the 2 pm dancing class lol.... the music is usually Cuban... and if there is a guy teaching, wow can they dance....
    Good for you...but you may find you need a couple of days off during the week for those muscles to repair......

    @Tricia I have never took Zumba every this will be my first time...I will let you know how it is...but don't you be afraid to can always order the DvDs of the Zumba to get you use to the music, rhythms and steps then try it at the gym...but I am sure they have people try it all the time and they are new...we can do it together if you like...even though not physically there with I am going in next week...let's get it in!!

    I am happy to see that you are turning over a new leaf. Remember if you don't meet all your requirements don't get upset and throw in the towel. Take it slow. Let me know how you like Zumba. They offer it at my gym and I am afraid to take it.
