I know I have not did a blog in ages, but here it goes…I am trying to get back into this workout thing. My plan is simple…
Starting this week the schedule goes like this:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 30 Day Shred (later add WATP)
Tuesdays & Thursdays Turbo Jam or every other week working out at the gym
Saturdays Turbo Jam or P90 Kenpo X (may do both later)
Wednesdays may throw in spinning class and Fridays may add Zumba (test it out this week)
Also, try to get in 4 to 5 bottles of water a day, get in 8 hours of sleep and get better with my eating habits by starting to right down what I eat then move up to counting those calories. I plan on going to my new gym I joined in July for the spin class and Zumba; however, my membership came with a few training sessions, thus I have to set up my training sessions with a trainer. I do not know if I am ready for that…lol I plan on getting it in “NO MORE EXCUSES RIGHT?” It’s on now…I am about to get it in…NO EXCUSES NOW!!
