Recharging my battery!!

Ok....September wasn't too bad but I lost alittle focus and did alot of maintaining instead of dropping!! So October has to be my month to get the mind back to where it use to be. I got alittle discouraged and for the goals and dream I have that can't happen! I have to put me first. Everything else and everyone else has to be second or third. Me-first and that was my struggle last month and its always been my struggle. I plan to compete when I get down to my goal weight or close to my goal weight. As long as my body is close or looks good enough for me, I'm giving it a try!! So, I'm going for it in October, plus I would like to be lighter when my birthday comes which is Nov. 3rd.. So, watch out October.......it's on!!! emoticon

    CONGRATULATIONS on maintaining. People say maintenance is the hardest part, so getting practice will be useful in the long run. Now you know you can maintain your goal! When most people lose focus, they regain, so maintenance is a great alternative!

    Maintaining is better than gaining so don't be too hard on yourself. I know how you feel as far as needing to put yourself first. I'm sure October will be your month! You can do this and you will persevere! I have faith in you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
