1 year later!

Hi everyone,
First I hope you are all doing well on our journey to be healthy and living life to the fullest. So its been a year since I last blog and I have not lost any weigh or even tried to better myself during that time. Of course I packed on about 10 more pounds and now with the realization of possibly having to go on high blood pressure medication, I really need to make the change I should have last year. I have decided not to beat myself up about not being serious a year ago instead just go on from here. I'm happy to say I have been going hiking 2 times a week for 2hours and 15mins the past 3 weeks. I love going and even though its still hard I love that I'm feeling a bit better every time I hike. I have still be eating out but I'm trying to cut back, I know its not going to happen over night and I'm ok with that. I just need to remember this change is for my life and if I quit again, I'm quitting on myself and that's not what I want!
