Day 9 Hybrid

I am a little annoyed with the weather. My boys are in Preschool 3 days a week and I try to run on those days while they are at school. This week it poured down rain on Monday and Wednesday but on Tuesday it was lovely. Today is looking pretty good as well! Arg!!!!!! How frustrating. I ran in the rain anyway but man I would like a bit of a break. Okay enough complaining. I mean I got out to run regardless so the point is mute! Last week I only ended up doing one day of weight training days and 2 of ab ripper but I kicked it with the cardio. So today is day 8 and I am doing Chest and Back and Ab Ripper and maybe a Insanity but I cannot decide seeing that tomorrow while my boys are at school and my daughters school has a Professional Day...I will not be able to run:( So Insanity for tomorrow for sure.

Drink enough of water Done most days!
Record calories Very bad at this but at least I count them even if in my head.
Record workouts Did this..I think!
Eat fairly clean Pretty good except for the Chapmans Black Jack Cherry Frozen Yogurt 5 helpings in one day.....VERY BAD!! Thanks Sarah for the intro to it!
Only One naughty snack a day OOPS!
Finish week 1 YEAH!!!!!
