Out with October....It's now November!!

Ok....I let myself down but it wasn't because of not working out! I did workout but I got off track with the eating!! I can't do that this month. I've got to give myself my birthday gift. It may be late but by the end of this month I'll be 10 lbs lighter..if I'm not I'll be very close!!! Got rid of my personal trainer and getting me another. I'm shaking it up a bit to see what happens for me! This time of the year gets tricky for me with the holidays but I'll have to remain focused and keep my eye on the prize. I'm doing this and its gonna feel great doing it. Had someone tell me that I wouldn't do it, so I'm even more motivated!!!

    Good for you for moving on. A fresh start should help out, so good luck!

    Just think of this quote when things are tough:

    "Don't sacrifice what you want most for a momentary pleasure"

    All the junk food will taste good for now, but not later when they show up on the scale. Plus, you'll regret them when the holiday season ends. Just leave room in your calorie range for the treats and you should be fine.
