Day 1 of 100 Days of exercise

I've just joined a new team that is committed to exercising every single day for 100 days. I'm starting humbly: my goal for today is to get ten minutes of exercise. And I'm going to do that every day for at least 100 days. I'm looking for consistency and new commitment. Before I got sick, I was doing aerobics and/or Zumba 3-4 times a week and lifting weights once or twice. Bell's palsy changed all that. Now I have to claw my way back to fitness, but I can do it!
And today is DAY 1!
