Day 2 of 100 Days of Exercise

After I joined the team to exercise every day for the next 100 days, I calculated exactly when I will reach 100 days and found to my delight that it will be on Febr. 14, 2011. Isn't that perfect? I will be heart-healthier on Valentine's Day!!! My goal is to do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day, and yesterday I did 3 sets of 10 minutes each. Hurray for fast breaks! That is at least 3 times what I would have gotten if I hadn't joined the team so thanks, team! And today I've already done my ten minutes and I already know that I will do more later. Baby steps work for me because if I think about going out for an hour of aerobic exercise, I can talk myself out of it, but if I commit to do "just ten minutes," I'm too embarrassed to weasel out. I mean, anyone can find ten minutes, right? Right!
