ugghhhh need some motivation

emoticon I need to find some motivation from somewhere...I can feel myself getting into a slump and I really to find a way to avoid it.

    Hi! I saw your post pop up on my news feed (a friend posted on this blog) and wanted to say that I'm in the same boat. I try to write down a non-scale victory every day or every other day, like if I went out and ran even if I didn't want to or if I resisted eating something unhealthy. Keep at it! It's hard, but you can do it :)

    I know how you feel. When I feel unmotivated I look at an old picture of myself when I was smaller or I look at pretty girls and think about being that size. I think about excersising and how i don't want to do it, but then i think on the positive side and think hey once i do it the sooner i get it done with and the faster i will get back in shape... maybe you need a motivation song :)

    Sometimes reading what other people's blogs on here give me a lot of inspiration. Sometimes I think I am having a bad day but then I read what other people go through and it helps me put things into perspective and reframe the way I'm thinking. Remember life is a cycle with ups and downs, and the great thing about when you're down, is that the only way to move forward is up! I hope you feel better soon!

    write a blog about why you want to lose the weight and be healthy.

    Do you have kids?
    Do you like to travel?
    Cut down on medical costs?
    Eat healthier to have better test results?
    Be able to walk up a hill or sing longer or what ever.

    Make a list and post is here and someplace where you will see it every day.

    Remember that journaling is one of the keys to successful weight loss. Be sure to include how your feeling which leads to good or bad days in the healthy eating department.
