150 crunches Im bad huh....

This girl just got done doing 100 emoticon crunches and 50 reverse crunches. They say not to exercise before bed, but this chic is sleepy, exercise has that affect on me emoticonLOL.

I better see some dang change in this flubber like within a month, if I keep this up I just oughta!

Im trying to do up to 30 days consistency to change habit to get back to my workout bulemic self, don't fret that was a good thing. I lost 8 dress sizes and kept it off for 3 years, and now well, shhh.

Well goodnite all, bootcamp later tonite and back to emoticon+1 of On Demand in the morning.
