This girl just got done doing 100
crunches and 50 reverse crunches. They say not to exercise before bed, but this chic is sleepy, exercise has that affect on me
I better see some dang change in this flubber like within a month, if I keep this up I just oughta!
Im trying to do up to 30 days consistency to change habit to get back to my workout bulemic self, don't fret that was a good thing. I lost 8 dress sizes and kept it off for 3 years, and now well, shhh.
Well goodnite all, bootcamp later tonite and back to
+1 of On Demand in the morning.
