I started a new Spark Team called Keeping Momentum Thru The Holidays 2010 Challenge. It is for making it through the holidays and still being able to maintain or lose. By being accountable and doing challenges together it might be a little more motivating and maybe some fun as well. I really need to stay motivated and it seems to help when I am on some sort of accountability program. I figured that weekly challenges would be the best plan. The first week (December 1 through the 7) is a weekly 300 minute Spark Fitness Challenge. Yesterday I went Cross Country Skiing and today I did Insanity Max Circuit Interval. I was hoping for a ski tomorrow but now it might be a run or Insanity instead. I will leave it til morning and decide then. Anyone interested in joining the team and challenges please do so.
