Huh....I don't know what's going on....or what I'm even thinking......All I know is that I'm not exercising......I've pretty much completely stopped. I'm still watching what I eat. So I'm not gaining anything back. BUUTTTT ~ I'm also not losing.....I'm starting to worry about falling back into my old ways. I'm in Germany and will be flying home to the states for the Holidays YAY! Back to tons of RESTAURANTS that I haven't eaten at in a year. (Because they don't have them here)......I'm entering into the DANGER ZONE! I'm scared! I need a plan! OMGosh! THe MALLS AND THEIR FOOD COURTS! what to do, what to DOoooooooooooooooo!
You'll be fine. You recognize that this is a problem and that is the first step. It is hard to get back to exercising when you haven't been. Remember even short 10 minute walks will add up. You can do it I know you can! 3547 days ago
Make sure you alot of walking while at the mall. There are choices at the mall food court that can make a big difference also. Maybe not the healthiest choices, but "the lesser of two evils" definitely. And don't eat there every day, of course. LOL 3577 days ago
Well I don't know what you should do but I know what I would do. Make a list of the places you want to eat that are the most important. Look up their menu online and decide on what you want now. Put it in your tracker and plan around it before you get there. If you can work around it do it. You can make good choices an still enjoy your time here. (But for me I would still have to stay away from trigger foods)
