I got the tremors

I left boot camp with the tremors. Ha Ha the shakes in a good way. I have been working out regularly. But haven't been eating all that right. Seem like I'm gorging and I am sleepy right after workouts. Nap time right now.
Todays workout was over 1350 total reps of push ups, squats, jj's, pull ups, triceps, boxing wghts, med. ball, step ups, leg lifts, bicycles, and some other stuff, whew!!!
