Day 46

Okay, today is Day 46 and I'm not feeling too great. But that's no reason not to do "just 10 minutes" so that's what I'm going to do. And maybe by daybreak, I'll feel better and will be up for much, much more. I've been trying to get myself to take a nice, long walk, yet the cold weather and busy schedule and early sunset have discouraged me. But maybe today will be the day. I did go ice skating and I'm here to report that a) it was fun; b) it was a better workout than it seemed at the time; and c) I remembered how to do a (very small, very slow) figure eight.

What's amazing to me is that I'm almost half way through the 100-Day Challenge. Already?!?!! 100 days sounds like such a long time. But when you just start doing them, day after day after day, they pass amazingly quickly. True, many of my days have been "just 10 minutes" and not much more. But, as I've said numerous times, and I learned it here at Spark People, "just 10 minutes" is WAY BETTER than no minutes at all.
