New Year's Eve

I'm newly committed to fitness today. My bone-density scan results make that a necessity! I've already done "just 10 minutes" and DH and I are going to take the dog for a long walk in just a little while. The 100-Day Challenge has helped me get back on track, and now it's time to ramp it back up again. We went to the gym yesterday and I can feel those muscles today. My (almost gone!) Bell's Palsy made a brief appearance after the gym, but I'm going to work around that. I can still do the weight lifting that's essential for my bones without hurting myself.
