My Motivational Picture this week!
It has been a while since I last posted and entry... WAY TOO LONG! But here I am making a few goals to start the new year off right!
Today my little man is 20 months old and I took a good look at myself (with no excuses) and decided that by the time he turns 2 (in exactly 4 months) I will be less than 18% body fat.
Here are a few things I will be working on over the next few months.
Diet:
Consume less than 120 grams of Carbs daily
Consume less than 35 grams of Fat daily
Consume less than 15 grams of Sugar daily
Exercise:
Do Crossfit at least 3 times weekly
Run at least 5 miles weekly
Random Goals:
Get even more efficient at doing regular Push-Ups
Get even more efficient at doing one-leg squats
Do at least one Pull-Up
My arms need a lot of work... I will keep you updated on my progress!
