Cruising to Weight Loss

Well, I've found a new source for my motivation. I am taking my FIRST EVER cruise during Spring Break this year (end of March) to the Bahamas/Caribbean. I know I won't be in "bikini" shape by then, but I would like to lose about 20 more pounds before the cruise. I know I'll have a much better time and feel more comfortable if I weigh less. Plus, it would give me an excuse to buy some new "cruisin' clothes."

The only thing I'm really worried about is all the food on board. This cruise is supposed to have a lot of healthy options, but I know that temptation will be everywhere. My plan is to eat healthy as much as possible, give in to temptation occasionally, and use the ship's gym quite a bit to make up for it.

I'm excited and can't wait for spring! The cruise is something to look forward to and something to motivate more weight loss. Woohoo!
