I'm trying to stay motivated

I had a disappointing week last week. Didn't workout but I didn't overeat either. So this week I'm just moving forward and thinking positive. I realize how I failed last week and I haven't beaten myself up about it. I did start going back to Yoga this week and I joined a new program at the gym at work.
I feel good about making small changes that will make me feel good overall. I also finally decided that I do want to give up soda. It makes me feel lousy.
