Today has been weird. I was cooking all day for the Superbowl, I made sliders, hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls for the kids, some little bacon wrapped smokies, and onion straws. it was all planned, all accounted for calorie wise. We had some friends over and they brought really yummy tostada stuff, and caramel brownies. I have been doing so great, and I planned this meal to be my cheat meal. I started eating a little bit of everything. The cool thing is, I recognized when I was getting full. I tried to eat slowly so I would. But then after I ate all the foods I made, I felt SO sick. My stomach just felt awful! I thought right then, I don't even WANT any cheat days anymore. Its not even worth it to feel this bad. So yay!!! I'm losing my desire for fatty crappy food!!
