Major DUH moment!!

How could I be sooo stupid???? I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and 28 Day Challenge and starting 4th week of NEW YOU - been following the 17 day diet and only lost 4 pounds. I know this is probably obvious but I just have not been working out to a high enough intensity!! I have been doing a walking speed at 3 - sooo stepped it up to 4 with jogging - fingers crossed and hoping for some results come weigh in on Friday!!!
