so i stopped trying to lose weight for 2 years, in the mean time got pregnant, gained all my weight back and had the baby. now i weight 240lbs and am starting my new diet on march 9th. food stamp day. planning to use the" insanity" workout plus "slim in six", shack weight, normal weights, yoga, and toning walking shoes!
goal is to weight 130-150 if im still healthy.
let the games begin!!!!
