So, I keep telling myself "Today I will go to Zumba"," I will go for a jog", "I will do more than walking Freddy for 10 minutes", but for some reason I don’t do it!!!! Well today I’m going for a walk at lunch time with my SP buddy. Hey, it’s a start!!!!

    Let's do it!!! I'm planning on us walking what about 30mins? Then when I go home I will hit the treadmill too. I'll try to run 10 walk 10 until I get to 30. :)

    So where is this ZUMBA gym!!!???
