Finished wk1 SP Virtual 5K prep

yeah - I did it! I finished the 1st week; no quitting after the first 2 - 3 days, no quitting when I reached 1 mile. While I've walked 30 - 40 minutes around the neighborhood (stopping to chat with everyone), I've pushed myself to 'sweat walk': 27 mins, 1.3 miles - aiming for the 5K/3.1 miles the 2nd week of April.
Bummer there's no weight change, or having inches relocated themselves (lol); I'll tackle the eating right part now that I'm past the 1st week. One change a week - that's what I can handle & win.
