Inspiration Everywhere You Look?

While I was out running recently I started watching people and I was thinking about how many different people can really inspire us. I was thinking of the speed walking man who walks with a bit of a limp and is out there every morning... rain or shine even through the cold and windy storms we have experienced lately. The man with the German Shepard who walks the dog several times a day regardless of the weather. My friend who inspires me to run as she is hard core and runs through almost anything! The older gentleman who has qualified and run in the Boston Marathon and acts like it is no big deal...I heard that recently he forgot his hat and decided to still run with a towel around his head for warmth. A spark friend who checks in regularly and even though I live a ocean away I still feel connected through our goals and our plans. I always feel encouraged by her compassion and caring words! My kids that I see mimicking my running, lifting weights, push ups or sit ups and I want to do better so that they will want to live a healthy life. A friend just recently told me that I inspired her by me not buying my favorite ice cream because it was just too tempting to have in the house. Although I totally regret not buying it because ice cream has not been on sale forever and I am craving it. We might not realize it but every little thing we do could possibly be inspiring and motivating for someone else...someone we don't even know exists. So what I am thinking is that every action we do has a purpose greater then we can even imagine! Hmmmm. Thank you to all of you who inspire me and don't realize it! Continue to push yourself and be the best you can be!!!!
